About

Denver isn’t just the market I work in. It’s home.

I was born and raised in Denver, in a family that talked about real estate at the dinner table. Open houses were a weekend activity. Long before I had a license, I understood that a home is both the biggest financial decision most people make and the most emotional one — and that the best advice takes both seriously.

I went to the University of Denver and earned a BSBA in Finance & Real Estate, then went to work doing exactly what I’d grown up watching: helping people buy, sell and invest well. Since then I’ve represented more than $150 million in real estate across Denver, Littleton, Jefferson County and the foothills, from a first condo in Baker to seven-figure homes in North Ranch, Evergreen and Morrison.

I’m a real estate investor myself, which changes how I look at every property. I run the numbers. I think about resale before you buy and about the buyer pool before you list. I’m candid when something doesn’t make sense, because my goal isn’t to close one deal — it’s to be the person you call for every real estate decision for the next twenty years.

Off the clock

I live the lifestyle I sell.

I live in Littleton, in the Ken Caryl area, and I’m a mom — so I know the school-run routes, the weekend soccer fields, and which grocery store is worth the extra five minutes. I hike constantly; the Ken Caryl trail system and the open space along the hogback are my backyard, and most of my best thinking happens on a trail before 8 a.m.

I also have an unreasonable enthusiasm for local restaurants. Ask me where to eat in Baker, on South Broadway, in old-town Littleton or up the hill in Evergreen and I’ll have opinions. Part of the fun of this job is knowing the neighborhoods well enough to recommend them like a friend would.

None of that makes it into a listing contract, but all of it shows up in the advice. When I tell you a street feels different at 5 p.m. than at noon, or that a foothills driveway is going to be a problem in February, it’s because I’ve lived it.

How I work

Advisor, not salesperson.

Local knowledge

I focus on Littleton, Ken Caryl, Jefferson County, the foothills and Denver’s core neighborhoods — the places I actually know street by street.

Financial intelligence

A finance degree and my own investment portfolio mean I evaluate every property as an asset as well as a home.

Excellent marketing

Listings get a real strategy: preparation, professional photography and video, digital advertising, agent-to-agent outreach and relentless follow-through.

Genuine relationships

Most of my business comes from past clients and their friends. That only happens if the advice was good and the experience was better.
